Matt E. Lamphier

Matt E. Lamphier, CFA, is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in research and portfolio management. Since May 2007, Matt has served as the Director of Research and Portfolio Manager at First Eagle Investment Management. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Senior Analyst at Trilogy Global Advisors from March 2005 to May 2007, and at Northern Trust Corporation from April 2001 to March 2005. Matt began a career as a Senior Analyst at Security Capital, where Matt E. worked from June 1998 to March 2001. Matt earned a Master of Business Administration with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 1996 and 1998, and is an alumnus of the U.S. Air Force Academy, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1990.
