David Woods

David Woods has over 30 years of experience in engineering, currently serving as a Planning Engineer at First Electric Cooperative Corporation since April 1995. Previously, David worked as a Cost Engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers from April 1992 to April 1995 and held the position of Planning Engineer at ENTERGY ARKANSAS INC. from January 1981 to October 1991. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Arkansas, earned between 1975 and 1980.
