Ashley Castillo, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ashley began their career at CBC Federal Credit Union as a Member Services Representative in September 2013 and later transitioned to the role of Account Service Representative in December 2016. In September 2017, Ashley joined Ventura County Credit Union as a Member Service Representative and quickly progressed to the role of Senior Member Service Representative in August 2018. Ashley then took on the position of Branch Supervisor in November 2018 before leaving the company in July 2019. Ashley subsequently worked at Jack Henry & Associates as an Applications Systems Analyst from July 2019 to July 2020. Ashley then joined Co-op Solutions in July 2020 as a Quality Assurance Analyst II and remained with the company until March 2022. Ashley is currently employed at First Entertainment Credit Union, where they started as a Digital Banking Project & Implementation Analyst in March 2022 and has since been promoted to the position of Manager, Digital Experience - Other Channels in January 2023.

Ashley Castillo, MBA, has an extensive education history focused on business administration and management. Ashley completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at California Lutheran University from 2022 to 2023. Prior to their MBA, Ashley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, also from California Lutheran University, from 2020 to 2022. During their undergraduate studies, they also pursued a Minor in Computer Information Systems.

Before joining California Lutheran University, Ashley attended Oxnard College from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ashley holds the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in March 2023.
