Heather Mercer

Heather Mercer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and loan servicing. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Analyst at First Farmers and Merchants Bank since August 2015, Heather has also held roles as a Commercial Credit Analyst II and in Loan Servicing within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at 3D Financial and interning in marketing and promotions at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, as well as a ticketing intern at the University of North Alabama. Heather began a career in customer service and cosmetics at Belk from 2010 to 2013. An alumnus of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Leisure Services Administration, earned in 2013.
