Vicky Pickering

Vicky Pickering has over 16 years of work experience. Vicky started their career as a Title Officer at Lincoln Land Title in August 1988 and remained in that role until April 2004. In May 2004, Vicky joined First Farmers Bank & Trust as a VP Compliance Officer, where they performed compliance reviews, developed policies and procedures, implemented training programs, and assisted auditors with compliance issues.

Vicky Pickering completed their Graduate Degree at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Indiana University Kokomo, graduating between 2012 and 2017. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Vicky Pickering graduated from Oak Hill High School with a Graduate degree, although the specific dates are unknown.
