Ben Phillips is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in loan operations and lending compliance. Currently serving as the Loan Operations & Lending Compliance Manager at First Federal since August 2022, Ben has held key leadership roles including VP, Senior Risk Officer Lending Compliance at Columbia Bank and Loan Administration Manager/VP at Northwest Bank. Throughout a career that began in 2004 at West Coast Bank, Ben has consistently demonstrated expertise in operational oversight, quality control, and exceptional customer service across various lending departments. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Idaho.
