Matt Zoch has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Matt started their career in 1994 as a Communications/Systems Technician in the United States Air Force, where they worked until 2000. Matt then joined Freightliner Trucks as a Network Engineer, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined Intel Corporation as a Network Engineer for a short period of time. After that, they worked at First Independent Bank from 2005 to 2012, initially as an AVP / Sr. Network Engineer and later as VP / IT Manager. Most recently, they have been serving as the Chief Information Officer at First Federal Savings & Loan of McMinnville since 2012.

Matt Zoch attended Edison High School from 1990 to 1994 and obtained a High School Diploma. Matt also participated in the Executive Development Program at the Oregon Bankers Association from 2017 to 2018.
