Nate B. has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Nate began their career at Bank Midwest, where they served as an Area Sales and Service Manager, overseeing operations and customer experience at multiple locations. Nate then moved on to Academy Bank, where they held various roles such as Senior Vice President - Regional Retail Executive and Senior Vice President - Retail Regional Executive. In these roles, Nate implemented action plans, provided leadership in strategic planning and training, and evaluated team-based objectives. Nate also served as the Chief Executive Officer at KUMC Credit Union, where they provided executive leadership and led financial processes. Currently, Nate is the Chief Banking Officer at First Federal Bank of Kansas City, where they are responsible for overseeing the banking operations.
