Mitchell Duale

Mitchell Duale has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Mitchell began their career at Boston Mills Brandywine in 2009, where they worked as a Lift Operations employee until 2013. Simultaneously, they also held the position of Manager at the Recreation Association of Highland from 2009 to 2015.

In 2011, Mitchell enrolled at Kent State University, where they studied until 2015 as a Student. During this time, they gained valuable academic knowledge and skills.

After completing their degree, Mitchell joined BCG & Company in 2013 as an intern. Mitchell then transitioned to the role of Entrepreneurial Services Associate from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Mitchell joined Sikich as a Staff Accountant in Accounting Services, a role they held until October of the same year.

Mitchell then moved to Westfield Bank in November 2016, where they served as a Commercial Portfolio Manager until February 2019.

Most recently, Mitchell has been employed at First Federal Lakewood. Mitchell initially started as a Commercial Lending Officer from February 2019 to January 2023. Mitchell was later promoted to Vice President of Commercial Lending, a position they have held since July 2022.

Mitchell Duale graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Kent State University. Mitchell attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
