Ramesh has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, starting as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and progressing to various management roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa, and Mr. Hospitality Inc. Currently, Ramesh serves as an Operations Manager at First Fiddle Restaurants, where Ramesh utilizes their skills in decision-making, problem-solving, leadership, and team development. Ramesh has experience in managing daily operations, exceeding customer expectations, and maintaining high standards in the food and beverage industry.

First Fiddle Restaurants, formerly known as The Lazeez Affaire Group, was conceived in the year 1999 by Priyank Sukhija and Y.P. Ashok.
