Jane Parsons

Jane Parsons has over 40 years of work experience in the banking industry. Jane started their career as a Banking Officer at Ciera Bank in 1979 and remained there until 1996. Jane then joined GRAHAM SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION in 2001, initially as a part-time Loan Review Manager and later becoming a full-time Loan Review/Asset Classification Officer. Jane held these roles until 2016 when they joined First Financial Bank Texas as a VP Fair Lending.

Jane Parsons has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English with a minor in French from the University of North Texas, where they also obtained a teaching certification in May 1979. Jane attended the University of Houston from 1975 to 1976, focusing on English Language and Literature. In 2021, they participated in the Wolters Kluwer CRA and Fair Lending Colloquium. Additionally, they attended the TBA Compliance School in 2019, and it is unclear if they completed any degree or field of study at the Texas Tech School of Banking.
