Randy Roewe

Randy Roewe has a diverse and extensive work history in the banking industry. Randy started their career at First National Bank in 1990, where they managed the credit file department. At the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Randy held various roles from 1991 to 2015, including National Bank Examiner and Examiner-in-Charge, Midsize Bank Supervision. During this time, they supervised large national banks, developed supervisory plans, executed enforcement actions, and mentored staff. In 2015, Randy joined First Financial Bank Texas as the Chief Risk Officer, where they assessed risks, coordinated risk management programs, and advised the Board of Directors and Executive Management.

Randy Roewe holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Tech University. Randy attended the university from 1985 to 1989.
