Caitlin Hillsman

Caitlin Hillsman has a strong background in the banking industry, with experience in various roles at different institutions. Caitlin started their career at Fifth Third Bank as a Commercial Associate and later worked as an Analyst in Sponsor Leveraged Finance. Caitlin then took on the role of Associate in Leveraged Finance before moving to CIBC U.S. as an Associate Managing Director and Group Portfolio Manager in the Financial Institutions Group. Caitlin was later promoted to Managing Director and Group Portfolio Manager in the same group. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Portfolio Manager Team Lead - Specialty Banking at First Financial Bank.

Caitlin Hillsman attended the University of Iowa from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Finance with a field of study in Spanish. In 2011, they also briefly studied Accounting and Finance at CIMBA.
