Denise Banks

Denise Banks is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in mortgage lending and customer service. Currently, at First Financial Bank since December 2016, Denise holds the position of Direct Channel, responsible for generating mortgage leads through networking and evaluating customer needs for appropriate mortgage solutions. Previous roles include Loan Processor and Credit Card Underwriter, alongside leadership positions at PNC as Vice President, where Denise focused on branch performance, and as Operations Team Lead. Denise also participated in leadership development programs such as BOLD and AALDP, enhancing community service and leadership skills. Denise is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and earned the Accredited Mortgage Professional designation in 2023.
