Donnie Slavens

Donnie Slavens has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Donnie started their career at Kroger in 1996 as a PRISM Analyst and Production Supervisor. In 2000, they joined Cognis Corporation as a Server Administrator, where they worked until 2005. Donnie then moved to National City Mortgage as a Systems Administrator for a year before joining Cintas Corporation in 2006 as a Systems Engineer. Donnie worked at Cintas until 2008 when they joined First Financial Bank. At First Financial Bank, they held various roles, including Senior Systems Engineer, VP/Infrastructure Manager, Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Architecture, and currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer since January 2022.

Donnie Slavens completed a Certificate Program in IT Leadership from Cornell University in 2020-2021. Prior to that, they attended Wilmington University from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Before that, from 1993 to 1995, they attended Butler Tech, where they pursued studies in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
