Jennifer Saylor

Jennifer Saylor has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Vice President and Loan Servicing Manager at First Financial Bank since October 1998. Saylor has held multiple managerial positions, including Assistant Vice President for Collateral, Construction Funding & Valuation Services, and Investor Servicing Manager. Responsibilities have included goal setting, performance reviews, budget management, training, and the development of various departmental procedures. Saylor has been instrumental in the implementation of the Collateral Monitoring Department and investor servicing processes, ensuring compliance with appraisal regulatory guidelines and SOX controls. Prior to First Financial Bank, Saylor worked as a Trust Associate at Lebanon Citizens National Bank, focusing on IRA servicing and trust client management.
