Joseph Sofia

Joseph Sofia is currently the Central Ohio Market President at First Financial Bank, where Joseph leads the Middle Market and Commercial Banking sectors. Prior to this, Joseph held roles such as SVP/Manager of Commercial Banking at CFBank and Commercial Lender at U.S. Bank, focusing on healthcare practice finance and stabilized commercial real estate. With experience at Florida Business Bank and National City Bank, Joseph brings a diverse skill set in loan origination, portfolio management, and credit analysis. Joseph holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Miami University, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Capital University, and has completed the ABA Commercial Lending School at SMU Cox School of Business.
