Lucas Guy

Lucas Guy has a strong background in finance with extensive experience in various roles. Lucas started their career at The 409 Group as a Financial Analyst from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they joined First Financial Bank as an Asset Liability Analyst and later became a Financial Analyst - Officer from 2006 to 2007. Lucas then served as a Financial Analyst for the wealth management business line, where they managed junior analysts and contributed to various financial analysis projects until 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they served as a Financial Systems Manager, responsible for supporting financial reporting and planning systems. In 2014, they became the Asset Liability Manager, overseeing asset liability management strategies and presenting findings to the Asset Liability Committee. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance, S.V.P. at First Financial Bank, leading the finance function and managing a team responsible for financial performance, management reporting, budgeting and planning, financial analysis, and other key responsibilities.

Lucas Guy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Xavier University from 1998 to 2002. Lucas then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2005 to 2007.
