Matt Woody

Matt Woody has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Matt is currently serving as the First Vice President and Director of the Contact Center at First Financial Bank since November 2019. Additionally, they are an Adjunct Professor of Management at Xavier University - Williams College of Business since August 2021. Prior to their current roles, Matt held various positions at Fifth Third Bank, including Vice President of the Commercial Support Center from November 2013 to November 2019 and Vice President of the Consumer Contact Center from August 2010 to October 2013. Matt also had a long tenure at Fidelity Investments, where they served as Vice President in different roles, including Operations and Services Group, Customer Support Services Operations, Toronto Service Centre, Covington Participant Services Group, and Distribution Services. Matt's responsibilities at Fidelity included leadership and management of various teams and departments.

Matt Woody completed their BBA in Management/Marketing at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Matt then pursued their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Xavier University, Williams College of Business from 2009 to 2013.
