T. Jay Maddox

T. Jay Maddox has a varied work experience in the banking and financial industry. T. Jay started their career as the President of Maddox Consulting Services, LLC in 2008 and held the role until 2011. T. Jay then joined Alvarez Financial as the President from 2010 to 2011. After that, they worked at Monroe Bank and Trust as the Senior Vice President from 2011 to 2016. Currently, they are serving as the Market President at First Financial Bank, a position they have held since 2016.

T. Jay Maddox has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Ball State University - Miller College of Business, which they obtained from 1978 to 1981. T. Jay then pursued a Graduate degree in the School of Lending at the University of Oklahoma from 1985 to 1986. Finally, they completed the Pacific Coast Banking School Graduate program at the University of Washington from 1996 to 1999.
