Rich Jacobson

Rich Jacobson is the current Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at First Financial Northwest Bank. Rich has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, including stints as a mortgage loan officer, banking consultant, and state licensed real estate appraiser.

Jacobson began their career in 1992 as a state licensed real estate appraiser with Coldwell Banker - Miller Real Estate Appraisers. Rich left the company in 1994 to become the CFO of Horizon Bank, where they worked for 13 years before being promoted to CEO in 2006. Rich held this position for two years before leaving the company in 2010.

After a brief period of self-employment as a banking consultant, Jacobson joined Summit Funding, Inc. in 2012 as a mortgage loan officer. Rich left the company in 2013 to join First Financial Northwest Bank, where they have served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer since July 2013.

Rich Jacobson has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business. Rich also has a degree from Ferndale High School.

They are on a team with Diane C. Davis - Director, Ronnie Clariza - Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, and Dalen D. Harrison - SVP & Chief Banking Officer. Their manager is Joseph W. Kiley III, President & CEO.
