Cindy Radabaugh

Cindy Radabaugh has extensive experience in the mortgage and title insurance industries, currently serving as a Mortgage Closer at First Financial Services, Inc. since December 2011. In this role, Cindy processes and approves HUD's and Settlement Documents for various attorneys and title companies, demonstrating proficiency in FHA, VA, USDA, and purchase transactions. Prior to this position, Cindy was the VP of Operations at Flagstar Bank from January 2000 to December 2005, where responsibilities included building and managing a title insurance entity, overseeing day-to-day closings, training personnel, scheduling remote closers, and marketing the company to Flagstar retail branches. Cindy completed college preparatory studies at St. Ladislaus from 1961 to 1965.
