Sandra Fadel

Sandra Fadel is an experienced accounting and property management professional with a robust career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Accounting Manager at First Financial Services, Inc. since February 2011, Fadel has developed processes for lease and contract administration, managed payroll for over 215 employees, and implemented improvements leading to a 33% increase in collection rates. Previously, Fadel held managerial roles at Heath Partners, McCurry Properties, Business Resources Group, and Hill Partners, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing business startup functions, property management, construction reporting, and financial analysis. Fadel is an alumna of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with education completed between 1979 and 1981.
