Fernando Arguelles is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management and superintendence. Currently serving as General Superintendent at First Florida since June 2023, Arguelles previously held positions as Project Superintendent at Current Builders from February 2022 to July 2023, and General Superintendent at CIVIC CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES from January 2020 to March 2022. Prior roles include Project Manager at SJP CONSTRUCTION, INC. from June 2016 to January 2020, and Assistant Superintendent/Project Manager at Tekton Construction Corp from February 2015 to June 2016. Arguelles is an alumnus of Miami Dade College.
