Jeffrey Grier

Jeffrey Grier is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in managing high-value residential projects. Currently serving as Assistant Superintendent at First Florida, Jeffrey has overseen significant developments such as the $60 million Prime Luxury Apartments and the $75 million Atlantica at Town Center. Previous roles include positions at FaverGray, Greystar, The Bainbridge Companies, and Altman Contractors, where Jeffrey contributed to projects totaling over $500 million in value. Earlier work experience includes serving as Construction Superintendent for Richmond Heights Townhouse Development and managing residential projects for Habitat for Humanity.
