With a solid background in managing teams and infrastructure for high-profile clients, such as a Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed company, Mangnall has demonstrated expertise in overseeing IT operations, addressing security breaches, and providing technical support for large user bases across multiple environments. Earlier professional experiences include server support at Stuttafords International Fashion, senior support roles at Netsurit, and first-line support at Nedbank, complemented by a foundation in training and education in computer subjects. Educational qualifications include a National Senior Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Springs College.
