Dean Glassberg

Dean Glassberg is an accomplished executive in the banking and finance industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President-Chief Credit Officer at First Foundation Inc. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Dean held several prominent positions at Veritex Community Bank, including Executive Vice President-Executive Credit Officer, from March 2022 to October 2025. Dean's extensive experience includes over two decades at First Midwest Bank in a variety of leadership roles, such as Executive Vice President-Chief Administrative Officer and Regional President-North Metro. Dean also held positions at Bank of America, AAR Corp, and NBD Bank. Academically, Dean earned an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and MORS from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University.
