Wendy Cariello

Wendy Cariello is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in multifamily and commercial lending. Currently serving as Senior Vice President CRE Director of Loan Production at First Foundation Inc. since February 2008, Wendy leads a competitive and efficient lending process within the bank's comprehensive wealth management services. Prior roles include GVP Consumer Direct at New Century Financial, where strategic consolidation led to significant production growth, and SVP Consumer Direct at IndyMac Bank, where national origination platforms were developed. Additional leadership experience includes VP Production at GMAC Residential Money Center and SVP Retail Sales at Banc One Financial Services. Wendy's career began at Avco Financial Services, advancing through various operational and managerial roles within real estate lending. Wendy holds degrees from the University of Miami and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
