Cabell Finch is the Regional Vice President at First Franchise Capital Corporation. Cabell has over 24 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on securitized debt and sale leaseback transactions. Cabell has closed transactions totaling over $100 million, including securitized franchise restaurant, retail energy, and credit tenant lease asset classes. Cabell is also the lead Credit Relationship Manager for Lehman Brothers’ $300 million warehouse facility relationship with private REIT of commercial properties. In addition, they have presented to the Lehman Credit Committee and Rating Agencies. Ms. Finch has been active in the formation of credit policies, modeling templates, financial documents, and underwriting procedures for retail energy lending to insure proper risk management and compliance with demands of securitized and syndicated debt market. Cabell was also active in the initial formation and negotiation of policies and procedures governing the relationship with outside Master Servicer and environmental insuror under secured creditor’s policy.

Cabell Finch graduated from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a B.S. in Business Administration-Finance.
