Kathy Yeary

Kathy Yeary is the current Executive Director of Customer Service & Human Resources at First Franchise Capital Corporation. Kathy has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and marketing. Kathy started their career at Verizon in 1987 as a Human Resources representative. In 1995 they joined Conseco as a Senior Marketing Manager, where they worked for five years. Kathy then spent ten years at TWG Capital Inc as the Vice President. In December of 2000, Kathy joined First Franchise Capital Corporation as the Executive Director of Customer Service & Human Resources, where they have been working for the past 17 years.

Kathy Yeary reports to Rick Dennen, Founder, President & CEO. They are on a team with Jon McClure - Regional Vice President, Adam Pleva - VP of Franchise Sales, and David Christman - CIO.
