Isaac Jones is a seasoned professional in the non-profit sector, currently serving as Director and previously as Deputy Director at First Give since August 2017. In these roles, Isaac has cultivated key funder relationships, driven income generation, and expanded the program’s reach across approximately 200 schools annually. Isaac has a strong background in program management, having overseen a successful team of Programme Managers and implemented innovative programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, Isaac co-founded Chennai Challenge, where leadership includes strategic direction and partnership development, while also holding the position of Trustee at The Philosophy Foundation. Former experiences include roles with VSO and various positions in arts management and performance. Isaac holds a degree in Acting from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

First Give
First Give is a charity that inspires and equips secondary school students to engage with and support their local community through social action, while also developing essential soft skills. First Give engages a whole year group in a fully-resourced, eight lesson programme. Students establish a social issue they care about, and plan and carry out social action to try and alleviate this in their local community. The students choose and meet with a local charity to find out about what they do. The programme culminates in a large event – our First Give facilitated School Final – where the groups of students aim to convince a panel of judges that their chosen charity deserves £1,000.
