Kirby Dolliole is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for multiple enterprises including First Hartford and Dunkin', Kirby has effectively managed operations across various brands since October 2018. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Which Wich Superior Sandwiches and Paciugo Gelato & Caffè, as well as VP of Operations for Jamba Juice, where financial and people development initiatives were expertly handled. Earlier in a career that began in 1992, Kirby held managerial positions in prominent hotel chains and restaurants, consistently driving profitability through strategic team building and operational enhancements.
