Carol Ono

Carol Ono has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Carol began their career in 1987 as a Computer Programmer Analyst at the State of Hawaii, Office of Lieutenant Governor. In 1988, they worked as a Data Processing Specialist at the University of Hawaii at Manoa before joining First Hawaiian Bank. At First Hawaiian Bank, they held various senior-level positions, including Senior Vice President and Workforce Services Division Manager, Senior Vice President and Talent Acquisition Manager, and Senior Vice President and Division Manager. Prior to these roles, they served as an Assistant Vice President and Department Manager and Research and Development Officer at the bank. Carol also started their career at First Hawaiian Bank as a Computer Programmer. Throughout their career, Carol has gained experience in computer programming, research and development, talent acquisition, and workforce services management.

Carol Ono has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Carol also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the same university.
