Darlene Blakeney

Darlene N. Blakeney serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at First Hawaiian Bank since April 2015, and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at First Hawaiian Leasing, Inc. since December 2017. Prior to these roles, Darlene was the Director of Finance & Operations at Hanahau`oli School from June 2006 to April 2015 and contributed as a faculty member at Independent School Management between 2013 and 2015. Darlene's earlier experience includes a tenure at Bank of Hawaii from 1988 to 2006, where the role was Senior Vice President & Manager. Darlene is educated with an MBA in Finance from the University of Hawaii and studied at Handelshøjskolen in Aarhus, Denmark.
