Neha Shinde

Neha Shinde has a strong background in data science and analytics, holding the position of Associate Risk Data Science at First Help Financial from March 2024 to June 2025, after serving as a Data Scientist at TVS Credit Services Ltd. from December 2021 to December 2023. Prior to these roles, Neha was the Manager of Data Analytics at Finserv MARKETS from June 2018 to November 2021, and worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at Xcaliber Infotech Pvt. Ltd. from August 2017 to June 2018. Neha began a career in research as a Research Engineer focused on Python and computer vision at Castalia Research Labs in Pune from July 2016 to August 2017, developing algorithms for successful customer applications. Neha earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from MIT Academy of Engineering, Alandi, Pune, and a Master’s Degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
