Phillip Carnevale is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the banking sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at First Help Financial since June 2019, Phillip has previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at BayCoast Bank and has a strong track record at Randolph Savings Bank, where roles included Chief Risk Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Controller. Phillip's career began at Wolf & Company, P.C. as an Audit Senior. Educationally, Phillip holds a BS in Accounting from Bryant University and an MS in Accounting from Northeastern University, along with additional professional development through the ABA ERM Advanced Professional Development Program and the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
