Vice President Of Engineering at First Help Financial

Ed Sullivan has a long and successful career in the engineering field, beginning in 1984 at Digital Equipment Corp (DEC) as a Senior Development Manager in both IT Advanced Development and Quality Management. In 1994, they moved to NuMega Technologies, Inc as the Director of Software Engineering. In 1998, they became the Lab Director at Compuware where they were responsible for a $40M DevPartner programmer productivity product line. In 2003, they joined Dell EMC as Senior Director, Engineering Strategy, Unified Storage Division, Senior Director, Testing, Quality and Tools - Unified Storage Division, and Senior Director, Software Engineering Office, Information Management Division. Finally, in 2019, they became the Vice President Of Engineering at First Help Financial. Throughout their career, Sullivan has been responsible for driving agile engineering best practices, leading the transformation of organizations, and developing talent, organization models, and tools frameworks.

Ed Sullivan has a Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) from Merrimack College. Both degrees are in the field of Information Systems and Computer Science, respectively.
