Emily Potter, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Payroll and Benefits Associate at First Help Financial since October 2022, Emily previously contributed as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Cengage Group. Prior to these positions, Emily was the Human Resource Manager at Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center, where leadership was provided to 170 indirect employees, managing a $60K annual budget, and enhancing manager participation in hiring processes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resource Generalist at EG Industries, overseeing benefits for 1,600 employees and facilitating audit processes, as well as acting as an On Site Manager at Absolute Staffing, where direct oversight of 250 team members was maintained.
