Noel Rodriguez-Pak

Noel Rodriguez-Pak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Noel started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they held various roles, including Supervisor of Operations and Manager of Transportation. After leaving the military, they transitioned to the private sector and worked as an Operations Manager at Aristo, LLC. Noel then moved on to K. Hovnanian Homes, where they served as a Purchasing Administrator. Later, they joined Software AG as a Purchasing Manager and eventually became a Sr. Operations Analyst. Noel further expanded their expertise at Serena Software as a Staffing Manager. Currently, they are serving as the SVP of Finance at First Heritage Mortgage, a full-service mortgage lender operating in multiple states.

Noel Rodriguez-Pak completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2002 to 2006. Noel later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2009 to 2011.
