Otway Wallace

Otway Wallace has over 35 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Otway currently serves as the EVP, Southeast Regional Manager at First Heritage Mortgage, LLC, where they are responsible for production, profitability, and market share growth in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Prior to this role, they worked as the SC Regional Sales Manager at South State Bank from 2020 to 2022. From 2006 to 2020, Otway held various roles at SunTrust Mortgage, including SVP - National Consumer Direct Manager and Retail Divisional & Area Manager. Otway also served as SVP - Mortgage Banking Executive at both Wachovia and Wachovia/First Union from 1998 to 2005. Otway began their career at Bank of America as the VP - Producing Sales Manager from 1985 to 1998.

Otway Wallace obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in the period between 1980 and 1984. Following that, they pursued an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and completed it within the years 1991 and 1993, specializing in the field of Business.
