Tom Wessel

Tom Wessel has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at First Heritage Mortgage since July 2004. Under Wessel's leadership, First Heritage Mortgage has established itself as a leading provider of mortgage financing in the Washington DC metro area, recognized for delivering innovative and customized mortgage solutions. Prior to this role, Wessel held the position of Vice President at Legacy Financial Group from May 1999 to July 2004 and worked as a Loan Officer at Crestar Mortgage Corporation from September 1993 to May 1999. Wessel's educational background includes a Bachelor of General Studies in Math, Chemistry, and Marketing from the University of Maryland, as well as a high school diploma from DeMatha Catholic High School.
