James Baublitz

James Baublitz, CFA, has worked in the finance industry for over a decade. James is currently the Vice President of Capital Markets at First Home Mortgage, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to joining First Home Mortgage, James served as the Managing Director of Pipeline Analytics at Black Knight from February 2012 to October 2021. James also gained experience in institutional sales and trading as well as securities analysis during their time at Boenning & Scattergood and Wells Fargo, respectively. At Boenning & Scattergood, James conducted research and trading for small-cap financial stocks while interacting with buy-side investors and company management. At Wells Fargo, they focused on mortgage-backed securities and gained expertise in cash flow modeling and loan level collateral management. James Baublitz's extensive background showcases their knowledge and expertise in the finance and capital markets industry.

James Baublitz, CFA, completed their undergraduate education from 2004 to 2008 at Susquehanna University. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy. In 2012, James obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
