Beth Ardoin is senior executive vice president and chief communications officer for First Horizon National Corporation. She leads internal and external communications strategies, issues and reputation management, corporate social responsibility and corporate giving and is responsible for the Bank’s CRA program.
Prior to this role, Ardoin held senior leadership roles with IBERIABANK since 2002. She was the Bank’s Director of Communications, responsible for Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Real Estate as well as Chief of Staff to the CEO of IBERIABANK Corporation. Before joining the Bank, Ardoin served as the Publisher of The Times of Acadiana, a weekly news publication owned by Gannett Company, Inc.
Ardoin currently serves on the Louisiana Board of Directors for Boys and Girls Clubs. She previously served on the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s New Orleans Branch. She also formerly co-chaired Opus Christi Magnum, the annual fundraiser for Lafayette Catholic Service Center, and is a former member of the boards of Big Brothers/Sisters, the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, Acadiana Outreach Center and the Women Build committee for Habitat for Humanity.
Ardoin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the Manship School of Journalism from Louisiana State University in 1991 and her certification from the American Bankers Association School of Banking and Marketing in 2005. She also completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program - Finance for Senior Executives - in 2014.
