Mr. Barton has over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry. His expertise in the industry includes audit, review, and compilation of financial statements, the preparation of individual and corporate tax returns, tax planning for business and high net worth clients, and consulting and advising on business mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Barton became a director of First Horizon National Corporation (“First Horizon”) in July 2020 upon the closing of the merger of IBERIABANK Corporation with First Horizon. He had previously served as a director of IBERIABANK Corporation since 1993.
