John C. Compton

John Compton is a Partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a position held since 2013. They have been serving as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at the University of Tennessee since 2018 and are a member of the Board of Directors at First Horizon Bank since 2011. Prior to these roles, John was the President of PepsiCo from 1983 to 2012. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where they studied from 1979 to 1983.
