Tyler Craft

Tyler Craft is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in fintech and emerging technology, currently serving as the Director of Transformation at First Horizon Bank since December 2017. In this role, Tyler oversees the VirtualBank brand and leads initiatives related to horizontal emerging technology platforms, including nCino LOS and AI Working Group. Previous positions at First Horizon include SVP, Head of VirtualBank & Fintech, where Tyler led the successful conversion to a cloud core system and managed client change during a significant merger. Tyler's prior experience at Capital Bank involved creating and managing product functions, analyzing performance, and leading integration efforts for the Capital Bank-First Horizon merger. Educational achievements include a Graduate School of Banking from the ABA Stonier School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Mississippi.
