Velia Carboni

Velia Carboni currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at SharkNinja, overseeing the company's global digital and technology strategy since April 2024. Additionally, Carboni is an Independent Board Director for First Horizon Bank, actively participating in the Audit and Technology Committees. As a member of the Forbes Technology Council since September 2021, Carboni has previously held the position of Chief Digital and Technology Officer at VF Corporation, managing the digital strategy for renowned brands like Vans® and The North Face® from February 2018 to April 2024. With extensive experience at Fidelity Investments, Carboni progressed from Financial Analyst roles to Senior Vice President in charge of mobile channel strategy, shaping the firm’s direction in mobile applications. Carboni holds an MBA in Marketing/Finance from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business/Finance from Northeastern University.
