Jenna Haymond has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Jenna has held various roles at First Hospitality, including Director of Sales and Marketing at the Ambassador Chicago. Jenna'sresponsibilities included overseeing sales and marketing strategies, as well as collaborating with the revenue management team. Additionally, they served as an Area Director of Sales. Prior to their time at First Hospitality, Jenna worked at Shodeen Group as a Sales & Catering Coordinator, where they managed accounts, coordinated events, and handled billing.

Jenna Haymond attended Illinois State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations.
