Joe Giannini is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Accounting at First Hospitality since April 2025, Joe Giannini leads the Hotel Accounting Team, focusing on financial close efficiency and collaboration with operations and ownership groups. Previously held senior roles including Sr VP of Accounting at Schulte Hospitality Group and Vice President of Accounting at Revantage, where Joe Giannini oversaw substantial accounting functions and staffing. Earlier positions include SVP and Chief Accounting Officer at Highlands Reit, Property Accounting Controller and VP at InvenTrust Properties Corp., and multiple controller roles since 1992, establishing a strong foundation in accounting best practices and operational leadership.
