Strat Kalamaris

Strat Kalamaris has a strong background in operations and management roles. Strat currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at First Impression Ironworks, a position they have held since April 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Alpha Omega Plastics, Inc. where they held the roles of Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Manufacturing. Strat initially joined the company as a Regional Sales Manager and was able to greatly increase sales revenue, generating over $9 million. Strat was later promoted to Plant Manager, overseeing a 160K sq. ft. facility.

Strat Kalamaris completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Richard J Daley College from 1992 to 1994. Around the same period, from 1992 to 1994, they also completed Air Frame and Power Plant Certifications from the American Airlines Maintenance Academy in Chicago, IL. Later, from 1995 to 1997, they attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations with a focus on Aviation Management.
